Project includes requirements for design. This project is designed to complete interior and exterior renovations to building 1065 at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Currently the area of the building to be renovated is not occupied. The customer has identified a need to renovate the space to provide a training, integration and logistics facility. The project includes requirements for demolition, architectural, HVAC, window treatments, office furniture, plumbing, bathroom accessories, electrical, fire suppression, electronic safety and security, and communications. The project includes requirements for Historically, unexploded ordinance (UXO) and hiring an approved UXO vendor to check the area during the removal and replacement of sidewalks. The project includes requirements to provide and install new metal siding, painting all exterior doors, and exterior signage.
